About the role

We are looking for someone who loves to work with and write various types of texts and is accustomed to doing their own research to find the right sources and information. We are in a development phase and need a self-driven researcher and writer. Responsibilities include writing texts for authorities, writing applications, scholarships, and similar tasks. The role also includes conducting telephone interviews.

The position is a needs-based employment with placement in central Malmö.

Responsibilities include:

· Research and environmental analysis

· Writing various types of texts such as reports, applications, scholarships, etc.

· Proofreading texts

· Conducting interviews by phone

Candidate profile and qualifications

You find it satisfying to work independently, have a consultative working style, but also see the value in having a team around you for support and brainstorming. The work requires good social skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities. You are proactive, structured, and have a professional approach.

As a person, you are proactive, structured, analytical, and self-driven. Having engagement and strong communication skills, both verbal and written, is crucial for the role. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

You have:

· Interest in working with applications, scholarships, report writing, or similar.

· Experience in academic studies.

· Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working independently and writing applications for EU funding, scholarship applications, and government reports. Experience with procurement issues in the public sector is also desirable.

Workplace and hours

The work takes place on-site at the office in Malmö (not remote).

We work during office hours, and you set your own schedule.
